Presentation of the first retrospective monograph dedicated to the artist edited by JRP | Editions in collaboration with Muzeum Susch
With the participation of the Curator of the Exhibition and Editor of the publication Marco Scotini, the Founder of Muzeum Susch and President of the Arts Station Foundation CH Grażyna Kulczyk, the Director of Instituto Susch and Curator Anke Kempkes, and with the Co-Author of the publication Valérie Da Costa.
Mercoledì 17 aprile 2019 FM Centro per l’Arte Contemporanea presenta l’incontro con Paulo Bruscky The Archive as Artwork. Mail Art and Italian Women introdotto da Marco Scotini, direttore artistico di FM Centro per l’Arte Contemporanea e moderato da Sofia Gotti. Paulo Bruscky lavora con i più svariati linguaggi artistici - dalla poesia visiva, alla performance - usando strumenti inaspettati come il fax, la fotocopia e la posta. A partire dalla fine degli anni Sessanta, l’artista sviluppa una pratica che resiste alle dinamiche del mondo dell’arte dal quale non viene riconosciuto fino agli anni 2000.

FM Center for Contemporary Art presents The Unexpected Subject. 1978 Art and Feminism in Italy, a new exhibition curated by Marco Scotini and Raffaella Perna, proposing for the first time a wide-ranging investigation and a precise reconstruction of the relationship between visual arts and feminist movement in Italy, identifying in 1978 the catalyst year of all energies in play (not only in Italy). The exhibition is realized thanks to the collaboration of MART Museum of Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto and Frittelli Arte Contemporanea, and opens during the Milan Art Week, in conjunction with miart, International Modern and Contemporary Art Fair of Milan.
